/ Reframing Residencies
Reframing Residencies is a design scheme that aims to change how social housing is perceived and experienced by designing a mechanism that produces highly differentiated spaces, both morphologically and programmatically. An algorithm is designed to place the units on the plot according to critical parameters of the best view and southern orientation. A system of permeable walls sets the units into six distinct residential complexes creating a series of outdoor and semi-outdoor spaces that favor outdoor living and redefine the users’ relationship with nature and collective actions.
